Our Team
Carlos A. Garcia
Trial Attorney
Carlos oversees the Firm's Family Law and Criminal Defense portfolio, and serves as lead counsel to business clients.
For nearly 20 years Carlos has dedicated his life to the legal profession. He began his career in 2005 as a criminal litigation paralegal in the Army JAG Corps and has experienced a wide variety of practice areas. He is passionate about justice and serving his community. More than anything he works FOR his clients.

Carlos also serves in multiple community based groups and is a Trustee for the United Way of Pueblo Colorado.

Carlos is a graduate of multiple military schools including Warrior Leader's Course, Warrant Officer Basic Course, and the Warrant Officer Advanced Course. He has also completed multiple curricula at The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, Virginia, the home of Army legal studies.

Aaron Gutierrez
Trial Attorney
Aaron heads the Firm's Criminal Defense and Immigration practices. After taking several complex criminal trials to jury verdict as a public defender, he transitioned into the private sector to continue fighting for the rights of his clients in a more targeted and effective way.

Aaron is a seasoned litigator widely recognized by his peers and colleagues for his in-court achievements. He has played a key role in many people's lives to ensure that their rights are protected and that their families are taken care of. He previously served as a congressional intern in Washington D.C. and has devoted his life to improving the "Court System" in pursuit of equal justice for all.

Aaron serves on numerous charity committees and is a Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club and The Rosemount Museum.
